Thank you for your request.
We publish data from two main sources: police recorded crime (PRC) and the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW). Our publications and data concern crime as it is experienced by victims, or as it is recorded by police. Unfortunately, we do not generally produce statistics, or details on offenders. The information you have requested is not held by the ONS.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are primarily responsible for data on offenders. You may find the MoJ's outcomes by offence data tool: December 2024 useful. It allows you to filter by various categories including offence group, sex, age and other breakdowns, from 2017 to 2024. You can also find the number of; 'proceeded against', 'convicted' and 'sentenced' for each category.
The MoJ may be able to help you further with this request and can be contacted at CJS_Statistics@justice.gov.uk.
