- Details of the organisation which carried out the reassessment of Magnox Ltd in 2014
- Any documentation relating to the determination reasoning for the decision.
- Details of the efforts made by the NDA to notify the staff of Magnox Ltd. of their change of status.
- Details of the efforts made by Magnox Ltd. to notify the staff of Magnox Ltd. of their change of status,
- Details of the efforts made by the Cabinet Office to notify the staff of Magnox Ltd. of their change of status
- Details of the efforts made by other public sector bodies to notify the staff of Magnox Ltd. of their change of status,
- If there are copies available of any of these notices, may I also have a photocopy of same.

Thank you for your request, following a search of our electronic and paper records I can confirm that no information is held in relation to any of your questions.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is not aware of any reassessment of Magnox Ltd under ESA 10 subsequent to its original classification, published in February 2012 alongside the following statement, and having taken effect from January 2011.
Magnox Limited (DSRL) is one of several Site Licence Companies - these companies carry out nuclear decommissioning and commercial operations across sites owned by the NDA. It was formed in January 2011 following the merger of the previously separate Magnox North Ltd and Magnox South Ltd. Magnox Ltd carries out the closure programme at the 10 Magnox power stations sites across England. Magnox Ltd is owned by private sector firm Reactor Sites Management Company Limited but is subject to almost identical contractual arrangements as those at DSRL that mean the NDA retains control over Magnox Ltd's general corporate policy, and it is funded in an almost identical way. Magnox Ltd is therefore also classified to the Central Government sector.
