But there is no date of publication attached to each set of papers and no mention of when papers have been changed after publication. Can you please supply the dates when all papers were loaded onto the website and a list of changes to the papers once published?

Minutes and papers of meetings of the Board of the UK Statistics Authority are published on the UK Statistics Authority website when the minutes have been agreed as a correct record at the following meeting, which is normally around one month after the preceding meeting to which the minutes and papers refer. We do not maintain a record of the precise date on which each set of minutes and papers are published, although website editors ensure this is done in as timely a fashion as possible once the minutes have been agreed. We are not aware of any amendments made to minutes and papers of Board meetings after publication.
