Please can I have a list of all addresses in the Greater Manchester area. I need to exclude council and social housing addresses from my final mailing list and wondered if this is something you can help with. I would need tenure, UPRN if possible, address details and post code for boroughs within Greater Manchester.

We do collect and hold data about the tenure of individual properties, including from census and other surveys, and data sources which we use to calculate and publish statistical aggregates. However, we would not be able to supply property-level information about tenure, and we are not aware of a publicly available dataset with this available.
Property-level information is protected under Section 39 of the Statistics and Regulation Service Act 2007 (SRSA), which renders it a criminal offence for us to disclose information held by the Statistics Board for statistical purposes that would identify an individual. As we are prohibited by law from publishing statistics in which individuals can be identified, Section 44(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
You could consider contacting the Regulator of Social Housing (enquiries@rsh.gov.uk ) for more information about social housing, but please note, they would be under similar data sharing restrictions at an individual property level.
You may already be aware, but there are Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data publicly available at a property level. These data include the Energy Efficiency rating, but do not include tenure, which may be useful for your purposes.
