Privacy Impact Assessment

Please provide your Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) form, any Privacy Impact Screening form and any guide or materials. Please include any corporate wide communication, internal policies, procedural framework or document for the application/use of the PIA and privacy by design/privacy by default?

Can you also confirm whether the PIA form/PIA Screening form has been revised in preparation for the EU General Data Protection Regulation? If so, please can you tell me when it was revised.

We are currently working to ensure we will be compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation by 25 May 2018. This includes a full review of our policies and guidance.
