I would like the same information but for the following local authorities:
All of Hertfordshire councils (as well as the council with the highest % within this upper tier authority, as well as subareas)
Hillingdon (and sub areas of Hillingdon)

Please see the associated dataset TS013 for all wards in Hillingdon London borough and all local authorities in Hertfordshire. The data has been downloaded from Nomis. Nomis is a service run on behalf of the ONS by the university of Durham.
Also in the associated downloads are navigation instructions should you wish to search for more datasets.
It is not necessary to raise a freedom of information request for published census data. Census.customerservices@ons.gov.uk can advise.
