I would like to request information relating to police call outs recorded with the opening code “wildlife" for the following years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
For each of the above years, please provide:
The total number of recorded call outs where the opening code was “wildlife”.
A breakdown of all attending police forces and the number of such call outs they recorded each year.

We are responsible for publishing crime statistics for England and Wales from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime data. Home Office are responsible for collecting police recorded crime data.
We have not created analysis showing the number of police call outs where the opening code was wildlife. However, we do publish the number of police recorded wildlife crimes for England and Wales from year ending March 2015 to year ending September 2025 in Table 5a of our Crime in England and Wales: Appendix tables.
Home Office publish the number of police recorded wildlife crimes by police force area in their Police recorded crime open data Police Force Area tables, year ending March 2013 onwards.
