I am looking for statistics for the prevalence of Personality disorders in the UK. I would like this specifically on borderline personality disorder or emotionally unstable personality disorder.

Figures on the number of people aged 16 and over with a mental illness, by various breakdowns, can be derived from the Labour Force Survey (LFS) and a summary can be found here. The data does not include clinical details. Ad hoc tabulations from the LFS may be available at a cost, subject to disclosure control and legal frameworks, by contacting the Labour Market team.
You would be better seeking the information you want from NHS Digital, who publish the Adult Psychiatric Morbidity Survey.
