People hospitalised post COVID-19 vaccine and people vaccinated who later developed immunity counts to other diseases

Under the freedom of Information,

• What are the number of people who have been hospitalised post an initial COVID-19 vaccine (once it is assumed the vaccine has had its necessary action time) and found to have either developed severe  organ difficulties or have died with COVID-19 being diagnosed?
• What are the number of people who have been vaccinated for COVID-19 and who have subsequently been found to have developed low immunity counts to other diseases?
