People Diagnosed with Depression

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) I wish to request the following:

  1. The September 2015 statistics for the number of young people in education (aged 12-17) that have been diagnosed with depression, as well as the statistics from September 2010 and September 2005.

  2. The September 2015 statistics including the number of males (aged 12-17) and the number of females (aged 12-17) in education that suffer with depression. I also want know the statistics from September 2010 and 2005.
