Under The Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know the number of people born in Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland that were diagnosed with heart conditions from 2017 - 2022 .

The British Heart Foundation publish the following statistics Heart & Circulatory Disease Statistics 2022 - BHF which are available for the period of your request.
