Please can you provide me with all documents relating to the grievance policy and procedures and how these should be interpreted and implemented held by the Deputy Director - Knowledge, Learning and Capability.

We have also provided the grievance policy and procedures that apply to all staff within ONS. The policy and procedures are also published on our internal intranet for all staff and managers to access. If a grievance is raised, it is the employee relations team who advise and support the decision manager to ensure it is carried out in line with policy and procedures.
Some information within the documents is considered personal data and has therefore been withheld under s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
