I am requesting information under the FOI Act on responses to the ONS's 2014 customer satisfaction survey. Please disclose responses and any accompanying correspondence from the following (where applicable):

6. RBS

7. HSBC

8. Lloyds Banking Group

Thank you for your email requesting copies of responses to the 2013/14 ONS customer satisfaction survey for the organisations listed. ONS received responses from HM Treasury, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and National Audit Office, and these responses and accompanying correspondence are listed in the table below. Barclays Bank plc did not submit a response and the other four organisations were not included in the survey sample.

Please note that in accordance with Section 44 of the Freedom of Information Act all personal information (names, telephone numbers and email addresses) have been removed from the documents.
