Statistically speaking, how many emails per day, per month, and per year, are you receiving overall? Could you disclose these statistics or histogram distributions as per particular departments.

Unfortunately, we do not hold all of the information you have requested. We are only able to retrieve data covering a maximum of 180 days due to Microsoft mail trace parameters, meaning we do not hold logs for the requested year period. Please see the associated download for the emails we have received between 31/11/24 and 19/05/2025, these have been broken down by day and by month. Please note that this information contains internal and external emails.
We do not hold information on other Government departments. Please see this list of Government departments, agencies and public bodies where you can contact these individually.
