Please provide the number of persons who have been given a mandatory minimum sentence under section 287 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, for certain firearm possession offences, since the Act came into force. Please provide the figures for young offenders sentenced under the mandatory minimum sentence for possession of firearms.
Please outline how many persons have been given a mandatory minimum sentence under section 28 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 for a 2nd possession of a knife or bladed weapon. Please provide the figures for both adult and young offenders.
