You asked

Could you please supply me with the amount of people (both as a number and percentage) who have refused/declined the Covid-19 vaccine from the start of the vaccination campaign up to present date?

We said

Thank you for request.

We have been collecting attitudes towards the COVID-19 vaccine, as part of the Opinions and Lifestyle Survey. We publish estimates on the number of adults who have refused / declined the vaccine, based on a sample of adults in Great Britain. Due to the small percentage of the population who say they have refused the vaccine, these estimates come with a degree of uncertainty.

During the period 23 June to 18 July 2021, we found that 3% of adults in Great Britain said they had been offered the Covid-19 vaccine but declined the vaccine. This equates to around 1,571,260 adults aged 16 and older (based on a population estimate of 52,375,337 adults in Great Britain). These estimates are available in Table 1a of the following dataset: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/healthandsocialcare/healthandwellbeing/datasets/coronavirusandvaccinehesitancygreatbritain).
