I am writing to request annual data by regions in the UK for the following variables for 1997 up until 2014.

  1. Number of New Housing created per year for each region

  2. Average rental prices of houses per year for each region

For the first part of your request, we suggest you contact the Department for Communities and Local Government and for the second, we suggest you contact the Valuation Office Agency.
