Would you please send me the mortality and dementia comparative rates for IP4 and 2 other random Ipswich postcodes, compared to the National averages.

Thank you for your enquiry.
We do not hold data on prevalence or incidence rates of health conditions, therefore we do not hold the requested rates of dementia.
We do hold mortality and statistics for England and Wales. However, we have not created mortality rates by postcode or postcode sector specifically, as we do not hold population estimates at this granularity. While not showing mortality rates specifically, we have produced a bespoke analysis Number of deaths by postcode sector in England and Wales: 2025 showing the number of deaths by postcode sector in 2025, which may be useful.
NHS England publishes Primary Care Dementia Data, January 2025 which may provide incidence numbers of dementia in England. NHSE may be better placed to provide the statistics you have requested and can be contacted at england.contactus@nhs.net.
