May I please request information on the total income generated through Sole Trader activity only for the last 1-5 years. Ideally, I am only looking for the average income for each year.

Please see the associated download ''Mixed Income' within the UK Economics Accounts (UKEA) Self Employment income', which provides the requested information. This data is at current prices, seasonally adjusted.
We do not routinely publish information on sole traders but does produce a series 'Mixed Income' within the UK Economics Accounts (UKEA). Mixed Income (B3G) is published quarterly (series identifier RNKX).
Mixed Income includes rental income and excludes holding gains income. We can derive a series for self-employment income, which is primarily sole traders data (source: HMRC) but also includes other components such as income from illegal activities, tax evasion etc.
