We publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and crimes recorded by the police. Data related to gangs are limited and we do not hold information on gang activity or gang-related crimes.
Although police recorded crime data will include offences which are related to gangs, these are not separately identifiable from other crimes. The Home Office published a research report in 2016 that provides some further discussion around this topic and may be of some help to you.
