how many Welsh clients were sent to a locked rehab?
how many Welsh clients were sent to an open rehab?
if there has been a decline in the use of locked rehab?
if there has been a decline in the number of locked rehab services available?
who is being sent to locked rehab? e.g. forensic pathway, personality disorder pathway, history of self-harm.
is there a need for locked rehab in Wales? Specifically South Wales?
