I am writing to submit an FOI request for access to life/health expectancy at birth for Lower Super Output Areas from 2009 to 2019.

Unfortunately, we do not hold analysis showing life or health expectancy by lower super output area.
We do not use the Health State Life Expectancy estimates template to calculate life expectancy at different geographical levels because the recommendation is not to produce life expectancy estimates for populations where the sex-specific population is under 5,000. As LSOAs typically have populations between 1,000 and 3,000, to reach that threshold would require aggregating between 10 years if the LSOAs of interest are very small and 4 years if they are large enough.
