You asked

Please supply information on 16-24 year olds found with a knife by police, but were not prosecuted in London, but also a breakdown for the London boroughs of Hillingdon and Ealing

We said

Thank you for your query.

We publish the number of knife and sharp instrument offences recorded by the police, by police force area within the Police Force Area data tables, that are published alongside our quarterly Crime in England and Wales bulletin. We do not hold or publish data on the perpetrators of knife offences, or on prosecutions of knife crimes.

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) publish Knife and offensive weapon sentencing statistics. These data tables include the number of knife and offensive weapon offences resulting in a caution or conviction in England and Wales, disaggregated by age group of offender, and police force area. These data tables do not include data for 16--24-year-olds specifically. Instead, data for age is disaggregated into 'Aged 18 and over' or 'Aged 10 to 17'. Similarly, there is no geographical breakdown for Hillingdon and Ealing, specifically, but data for the Metropolitan Police force area is presented.
