I am requesting access to the report about the investigation into Boris Johnson claiming that there had been a 14% decrease in crime since him being prime minister.

We do not specifically hold a report regarding the statement made in your request.
We have however published this letter sent by Sir David Norgrove, Chair of the UK Statistics Authority in which official crime statistics are discussed and reference is made to the Prime Minister's comments about crime reduction, which you may find helpful.
