I wish to understand in greater detail the investigation carried out by OSR into the Mid Year Estimates and Projections for Coventry, carried out between Nov 2020 and May 2021. Can i please see all emails within OSR, and between OSR and ONS relevant to this investigation. Can I also see any notes (electronic or handwritten) relating to the investigation, memos, meeting minutes, agendas, or other relevant records such as diary entries.

OSR's review of population estimates and projections considered the population estimates and projections independently of the specific issues that were raised to us by individual areas. While we did look at Coventry's Mid-Year Estimates and Population Projections to inform our review, the review was not focused on Coventry. Only documents relating to our considerations around Coventry's Mid-Year Estimates and Population Projections have been included in this response.

The initial briefing on page 1 called 'Population Projections and mid-year Population estimates for Coventry' was written on 23 November 2020 for Ed Humpherson in response to a letter.
The second briefing on page 23 called 'Population Projections and mid-year Population estimates for Coventry' was written on 18 November 2020 for Ed Humpherson in response to a letter.
The third briefing on page 66 called 'Briefing -- Meeting with the complainants about the review of population estimates and projections produced by ONS' was written on 4 May 2021 for Ed Humpherson.
