Please provide house price increases in percentage terms in the SE1 area between January 2012 and September 2015.

We said

The UK House Price Index published average house prices and 12 month growth rates down to a London Borough level. The SE1 postcode district broadly corresponds to the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark.

Between January 2012 and September 2015 average house prices in the London Borough of Lambeth increased by 65%.

Between January 2012 and September 2015 average house prices in the London Borough of Southwark increased by 54%.
