You asked
I was wondering if you have information on a number of countries GDP in various years.
Northern Ireland - 2009
England - 2003
Scotland -2007
We said
We do not produce estimates of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for individual countries or regions of the UK. However, we do produce annual estimates of Gross Value Added (GVA), which is a comparable measure of economic performance. The only difference between the two measures is that GVA excludes the effect of taxes and subsidies on products (for example Value Added Tax), which are difficult to measure on a regional basis. In general, GVA and GDP tend to be highly correlated.
The data collated in response to this request have been taken from the Regional gross value added (balanced), UK: 1998 to 2016 release published on 20 December 2017.
Northern Ireland GVA in 2009 - £31,245 million
England GVA in 2003 - £952,628 million
Scotland GVA in 2007 - £106,978 million
