2. The current provider of First Aid Training and Mental Health Training to your staff and contract expiry date

Thank you for your request. Please find our responses below.

1. Formal First Aid training is provided to all our First Aiders by St John's Ambulance. Mental Health first aid training has previously been provided by PJG Consultants, who delivered the Welsh Government approved mental health first aid course.
2. St John's Ambulance provide our first aid training but given the small-scale nature of the requirement it is not via a procured contract. Beam Development & Training Ltd provide personal resilience training and the contract ends November 2020. Sussex Partnership Trust provide 'Mindfulness' training and the contract ends November 2020.
3. First Aid training is arranged internally through our Property Services team (safetyteam@ons.gov.uk). Mental Health training is provided by our HR Team (culture.and.wellbeing@ons.gov.uk) and our Learning Academy (learning.academy@ons.gov.uk).
