The latest available data on firearm offences is published in Offences involving the use of firearms: Year ending March 2019, however these do not include information on whether a firearms license was held. Although we publish firearms data, they are collated and provided to us by the Home Office. As such, they would be better placed to answer your query and can be contacted via email at FLPOAU@homeoffice.gov.uk.
The Home Office publication Statistics on firearm and shotgun certificates, England and Wales: year ending March 2020 may be of interest to you. It includes statistics on firearm and shotgun certificates, and revocations, since the year ending March 2009.
