What equipment has been purchased for your staff in relation to or in order to facilitate working from home since 01 January 2024, categorised by month, item type, and cost?

The associated download shows the volume and cost of providing a chair and desk equipment to ONS colleagues who are homeworkers or hybrid workers between 1 January 2024 and 31 March 2025. The equipment is provided to homeworker colleagues upon request, or hybrid working colleagues following a DSE (Display Screen Equipment) or Occupational Health assessment.
In terms of IT equipment, no equipment has been specifically purchased to facilitate working from home from 1 January 2024. All standard IT equipment currently in use is suitable for both office-based and remote working environments.
Upon leaving the organisation, all staff return equipment for reuse.
