I would be very grateful if you could please assist me with the following data:
1) Year on year, how many employment disputes are dealt by ACAS?
2) How many of those are settled vs how many go to tribunal?
3) Could I please have the data divided by claim (sex discrimination, unfair dismissal, etc), by type of job (nurse, banker, etc), gender, and any other categorisation you deem appropriate?
4) Amount of money requested vs amount received
5) Difference in amount of cases going to tribunal now versus when there was a fee.
