    Suppliers are usually engaged via the RM971 Framework Agreement from Crown Commercial Services. Data Analytics were contracted with outside of the framework for specialist positions which could not be filled via the framework suppliers. The contract was for six months between April 2015 and September 2015.

    Suppliers are contracted via CCS-Non Medical Non Clinical Framework RM971. Full details of this contract are published on the CCS website and publicly available. The RM971 contract expiry date is 30th June 2017. These are multi supplier frameworks and there are various clauses which allow individual suppliers to be removed from the frameworks but no specific break clauses. The framework does not include extension periods.
