Estimates for British citizens who have emigrated from the UK can be found by downloading the dataset in this link: Provisional long-term international migration estimates. Table 1 shows provisional British outflows for year ending June 2019 (131,000 CI+/-16,000). Estimates are rounded to the nearest thousand.

We do not hold emigration data in relation to your second and third question.
