'As Is' and 'To Be' role profiles used in the 2018 and 2019 ESG TOM consultations have been provided as requested.
Information request - 2
All ESG communications issued by ESG TOM team, HR Business Partners and ESG senior management to all ESG staff have been included in the information provided.
In order to provide a clear and broad view of the engagement on this topic ESG have provided documents covering the period of January 2018 to July 2018 when "Response to the consultation on ESG's Target Operating Model" was published.

Details of ESG TOM 'All staff' events related to transformation have been provided. Included are a wide arrange of event types such as, calendar meetings, dates of staff sessions, Skype Q&A 'drop in' events, role profile specific events, fishbowl events, grade community sessions and Eventbrite information covering event dates and numbers of booked attendees.
We have additionally provided communications disseminated at the workshops and staff events, from December 2018 through to September 2019 as role profile specific questions may have been covered during these open-door events.

Details of the ESG TOM matching panels' meeting notes, outcomes records and communications (paper and electronic) have been provided.

The 'As Is' role profiles were stabilised when ESG published the "Response to the consultation on ESG's Target Operating Model" on 10th July 2018. This means the information request sits within a timeframe spanning 10th April 2018 to 10th August 2018.
It should be noted that whilst the "As Is" profiles were stabilised at that point, very minor amendments may have taken place during the period between responding to the 2018 consultation and responding to the 2019 consultation. These would have been actioned where vacancies arose in response to evolving business needs, with the intention of achieving further alignment with ESG's organisation with its future organisational design, as captured in the Organisational Change Action Plans.

The 'As Is' profiles were agreed by the ESG Senior Leadership cohort at the time of publication of "Response to the consultation on ESG's Target Operating Model" on 10th July 2018
Information request - 8
Details including names of the ESG TOM matching panels and the names of the "subject matter experts" have been provided. Subject matter experts were utilised where detailed technical knowledge of role profiles was required by the panel members.
Some of the information has been withheld from the documents as it is considered personal data that is exempt from disclosure under s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
