I would like to request all relevant statistical data you have relating to prosecution of drivers for committing the offence of driving while using a mobile phone in the UK.

The Office for National Statistics publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales and crimes recorded by the police, it does not deal with statistics relating to prosecutions, and therefore does not hold the information.
