1. SharePoint 2013

   The number of files held in SharePoint is not recorded. The storage size for SharePoint is 943GB. The annual cost for SharePoint storage is approximately £20,154.82 under a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.

2. IBM Lotus Notes 8.5.3FPS

   The number of files held in IBM Lotus Notes is not recorded. The storage size for IBM Lotus Notes is 1990GB. The annual cost for IBM Lotus Notes inclusive of storage is approximately £132,018.51.

3. Shared Drives

   The number of files held on Shared Drives is not recorded. The annual cost for Shared Drives is not recorded. As our Shared Drives reside across multiple servers the associated storage costs are incorporated into individual server costs.
