Thank you for your enquiry.

Regarding your questions (1) and (2): We do not hold information on drug use among homeless people, only on the drugs involved when a person identified as homeless died from a drug-related cause. You can find a range of information on drug use among homeless people in the report 'Drug-related harms in homeless populations and how they can be reduced' produced by the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs.

Regarding your question (3): The latest available information on deaths of homeless people was published in our report 'Deaths of homeless people in England and Wales: 2018' and covers deaths registered in the years 2013 to 2018. Please note that these figures are experimental statistics and we recommend users to read the 'limitations' section of the report.

Regarding your question (4): We do not hold information on numbers of homeless people, or where they were born. You may be able to get some information from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
