Thank you for your request regarding Deaths of homeless people in England and Wales: 2013 to 2017. We hold figures relating to the deaths of homeless people in England and Wales from 2013 to 2017 at local authority level and this information can be found on our website here: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/bulletins/deathsofhomelesspeopleinenglandandwales/localauthorityestimates2013to2017

However, following a search of our records I can confirm that we do not hold the information you have requested. This is because (a) the place of death in terms of the type of location or premises was not part of our analysis, and (b) whether or not the death occurred in temporary accommodation is not necessarily immediately apparent from the records available.

However, we may be able to create what you have requested, or something similar, as a bespoke analysis. Any such analysis would be outside of the Freedom of Information regime and would be subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreement of costs where appropriate. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact mortality@ons.gov.uk so that we may discuss your enquiry further.
