Thank you for your enquiry.

We have published the following release Deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status, England: deaths occurring between 2 January and 2 July 2021 which is an analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status that occurred between 1 January and 2 July 2021 in England.

This publication includes weekly age standardised mortality rates for deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status and a detailed analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 which occurred in fully vaccinated individuals.

This is the most up to date analysis we hold. We currently hold microdata which includes deaths registered, vaccination status and Test and Trace data from 2 January 2021 to mid-September 2021. However, in order to provide the requested analysis for 3 July 2021 to 31 July 2021 we would need to create a complex linked bespoke dataset using the these three sets of microdata. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.

We will be releasing data from 3 July 2021 in the future. The publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.

Please note, the above publication does not cover deaths directly attributed to the COVID-19 vaccination. This can be found in Table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset. There are currently 4 deaths registered with the aligning ICD-10 codes for this (U12.9). The latest data available is August 2021. An update will be released on 22 October 2021.

UK Health Security Agency also publish a weekly surveillance report looks at the impact on hospitalisations, infection, vaccine effectiveness and mortality.
