Please provide deaths in Bradford for the years 2001 and 2011 - at Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) level, broken down by sex and age and if possible, cause of death.

Additionally can the data for 2001 use the 2001 LSOA boundaries and the data for 2011 use the 2011 LSOA boundaries.
