I am writing about the impact of COVID-19 on cyber fraud during and post pandemic and was wondering if I were able to get the dataset of the NFIB Dashboard reported crime on the website as well as datasets of reported cyber fraud cases from maybe 01/09/2019 - 01/11/2020.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the data you have requested. The Fraud and Cyber Crime Dashboard you refer to is published by the National Fraud and Intelligence Bureau. They may be able to advise you on if it is possible to access the data. Their contact details are available on their website.
We produce statistics from two main sources, the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and Police Recorded Crime (PRC). We publish statistics on fraud and computer misuse in our quarterly bulletins and a more detailed Nature of crime: fraud and computer misuse article and accompanying tables which may be of use to you. Our Crime in England and Wales appendix tables present the number of fraud and computer misuse offences recorded by Action Fraud or referred to the NFIB (Table A5). These figures are also presented by police force area in our Crime in England and Wales police force area tables (Table P10) and broken down by quarterly and monthly time periods in our Crime in England and Wales quarterly data tables.
