Thank you for your request.
We publish statistics relating to crime as experienced by victims through the Crime Survey for England and Wales, and crime as recorded by the police. We do not hold data on the immigration status of respondents. Therefore, we are unable to provide statistics on crimes committed against refugees, asylum seekers or migrants.
Our crime data cover England and Wales only. Crime and justice statistics for Scotland can be found on the Scottish Government website. Should you require further assistance, they can be contacted at Justice_Analysts@gov.scot.
The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for producing crime and justice statistics for Northern Ireland. For any queries, they can be contacted at statistics.research@justice-ni.x.gsi.gov.uk.
However, our Crime in England and Wales: Annual supplementary tables include victimisation rates by personal characteristics, including breakdowns by "Born in the UK" and "Not born in the UK", which may be of use to you. Our Perceptions and experience of police and criminal justice system dataset may also be of use. This includes tables on perceptions of the police and the criminal justice system with personal characteristic breakdowns, including breakdowns by "Born in the UK" and "Not born in the UK". Please note this is not a direct measure of migrant status, but it may be of use in your research.
