You asked

Please supply the total number of children in age groups 10-14 years and 15-19 years in England and then how many of them have been vaccinated in these age groups between 1 of January 2021 and 31 of October 2021.

This information appears to be missing from your statistics: Table 9: Whole period counts of deaths and person-years by vaccination status and five year age group, England, deaths occurring between 1 January 2021 and 31 October 20211,2,3.

The data in Table 9 of the deaths by vaccination status publication is for a subset of the population that are enumerated in the 2011 Census and registered with a GP. The data is presented in person-years to take into account changing vaccination statuses. For example, if someone was unvaccinated for 3 months when they had a first dose, and then 6 months later had a second dose, they would contribute 0.25 person years to the unvaccinated total, 0.5 to the first dose groups and 0.25 to the second dose groups.

It is therefore not possible to provide number of people by vaccination status due to the changing statuses over the time period so people can appear in more than one vaccination status group. If the number of people by vaccination status was provided for the vaccination statuses on the 31 October, the deaths that occurred would not correspond as many would have occurred earlier in the year when the vaccination statuses differed.
