I require a breakdown by the following indicators per COVID-19 death.
Age (group by the regular segments to depersonalise if you wish)
With or without underlying serious health condition. (This means do they have cancer, a respiratory disorder or an immune disorder or none)
That should be sufficient for my purposes but if you wish, you can add socioeconomic indicators if you think that will help.
I do not want a list of deaths by age then a list of deaths with or without condition.
I want deaths in age group number with condition number without in a grid.

A table with specific data criteria such as this would need to be created by our health data team. This request therefore falls outside of the Freedom of Information regime, as we are not obliged to create datasets in order to respond to requests. Therefore, the information outlined in your request is not available.
We can however provide the following COVID-19 datasets:
We are responsible for the provision of mortality statistics for England and Wales. You can find this information as part of our Deaths involving COVID-19, England and Wales: April 2020. This data set provides number of deaths registered each month in England and Wales, including deaths involving the coronavirus (COVID-19), underlying causes, by age, sex and country.
Analysis for May Deaths involving COVID-19, England and Wales will be released on 19 June 2020.
With regards to socio-economic factors, ethnicity is not recorded on the death certificate but Coronavirus (COVID-19) related deaths by ethnic group, England and Wales: 2 March 2020 to 10 April 2020 has been complied using Census 2011 data.
COVID-19 related deaths by occupation, England and Wales: deaths registered up to and including 20th April 2020, this will provide an analysis of deaths in different occupational groups among males and females aged 20 to 64 years in England and Wales. The release uses the most recently available data at the time of analysis: deaths involving coronavirus registered up to and including 20th April 2020.
