Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Our Centre for Crime and Justice publish figures on the levels and trends of crime in England and Wales primarily based on two sets of crime statistics: the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime (PRC) data provided by the Home Office. Neither of these data sources collect information on court cases, demographic information of defendants, and conviction rates.
Court statistics and data on convictions and prosecutions in England and Wales are recorded and held by the Ministry of Justice. They publish court statistics on a quarterly basis. The most recent publication can be found one their website: Criminal Justice Statistics Quarterly. The Ministry of Justice may be able to help further, they can be contacted at ESD@justice.gov.uk.
