Copies of any meetings, emails, conversations, phone calls, letters, faxes or other communication between the Royal Household, Royal family or it's representatives (including lawyers, MPs or others) regarding decisions about whether to include or exclude questions [on surveys regarding public opinion on the Royals] related to the Royal Household, Royal family and related groups or about the wording of those questions.

2. Copies of any direct or indirect communication with the Royal Household, Royal family, its lawyers or other representatives, including but not limited to meetings, emails, conversations, phone communications, letters, faxes or other communication.
