Some of the information has been withheld under s.22(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as it is intended for future publication by the Welsh Government. This exemption is subject to a public interest test. We recognise the desirability for transparency but also acknowledge that government departments must have freedom to be able to determine their own publication timetables.
