Thank you for your request.
We publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and crimes recorded by the police.
We do not hold the data you have requested. However, the Department for Education publishes information on secure children's homes. They produce an annual report 'Children accommodated in secure children's homes', which may be of interest to you. For further information you can contact the Looked-after children statistics team by e-mail: cla.stats@education.gov.uk
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) publishes information relating to youth justice in their 'Youth Justice statistics'. Data for 2017/18 was published in January 2019. For further information you should contact the MoJ by email at: statistics.enquiries@justice.gov.uk.
For future reference, you can email CrimeStatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavour to be of assistance.
