We have separate sites across ONS in Newport, Titchfield, London and a secure storage site. The Newport site is shared with another government department.

1. Vinci FM provide the CCTV contract for all sites except Newport.

2. Maintenance costs are:

   Newport - CCTV is provided by the neighbouring government department.
   Titchfield - £3183
   London - £234
   Christchurch - £1494

3. The FM contract expires on 01/10/2021

4. 5 years

5. Ongoing review. No plans to change.

6. Edge CCTV for Newport. Samsung for all other sites.

7. This contract provides total Facilities Management.
