Please provide a list of companies and business units (including Name) with between 5 & 50 (inclusive) employees in King's Lynn Norfolk. I would like the most recently compiled data for the last month or the last annual survey.

Thank you for your question asking for a list of businesses in King's Lynn between 5 and 50 employment. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a list of business names as it would be disclosive. Under s.39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, personal information held by us (including that which identifies a body corporate), must not be disclosed. Furthermore, under s.9 of the Statistics of Trade Act 1947, the disclosure of information relating to an individual undertaking obtained for statistical purposes is prohibited. Because the release of this information is prohibited by law, s.44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 applies.
I can however offer you an aggregated count of businesses within the above criteria, if you would like that count please can you contact our Inter-Departmental Business Register Data Analysis Service (IDBRDAS) team at IDBRDAS@ons.gov.uk.
